About Us:

Mindworks was founded with a bold mission to use cognitive and social science insights to revolutionise how organisations implement campaigns in the polycrisis. Incubated in Greenpeace East Asia, Mindworks pioneered new approaches to creating change, built on understanding how the human mind works. It became increasingly clear that organisations could no longer continue business as usual in the polycrisis, whether working on climate or social change. Increasingly tired and frustrated, our community of changemakers was calling out for something different—a radical new playbook for creating impact in these volatile times. This journey led us to dig deep into how the mind works in times of crisis and develop our research papers and tools, such as our digital conversation platform, Time To Talk and our emotional mapping tool, The Anger & Agency Monitor. In 2023, Mindworks registered as an independent entity in Hong Kong, enabling us to collaborate with diverse partners worldwide. We bring together a small and diverse global team with experience in strategic campaigning, communications and human-centred design.

Why Join Us:

  • You will join an organisation that drives new approaches and innovation and is slightly ahead of its times, with a multicultural, humorous, creative, and curious team.
  • Lots of decision-making power and learning opportunities
  • Flexible work hours and excellent work-life balance.
  • Join a small team that values authenticity and empathy.  We care for each other.
  • Once a year, co-working in a global location
